Over the last several years we've realized that being prescribed Antibiotics for every ailment is not the best for our health. We have turned to medicinal mushrooms, adaptogens and natural ways of staying healthy. Staying healthy costs much less than going to the doctor all the time!

During Covid, we couldn't get to the store to get the necessary fresh fruits & vegetables.  We became even more dependent on supplements & powders to keep our bodies balanced and to keep the immune systems healthy to fight off any and all viruses.  Most of the products carried on our site we use ourselves and have for several years. We have added many to the mix recently and could not be more excited about the results.
