This Gluten Free White Bread Mix makes homemade bread super easy and is great for using in bread makers. Instead of having to buy the 10 different ingredients (listed below), you get it pre-measured so you know the texture will be nice and moist. You do need to add additional ingredients that are clearly marked on the package and you should already have in your pantry. Additional items needed to make the bread are eggs, oil, water and instant yeast. Works great for making Gluten Free bread, Gluten Free pizza base or any other Gluten Free bread product. Makes 1 loaf of white bread or 12 rolls.
